Ca antrenor trebuie sa stii cand sa fii baiat bun, sau sef rau, aici e talentul.
Ma rog, unul din talente, sunt altele si mai importante pe care doar antrenorii buni le stiu.
Ca de exemplu cand sa iei jucatorul de urechi, cand sa-l imbratisezi, cand sa folosesti anticarcel, cand sa-l scoti la un mic... etc.
