    Am ascultat de dimineata la radio un interviu cu antrenorul lui Clay Mathews din liceu. Interesant este ca la sfarsitul liceului Clay de abia a ajuns la 6' inaltime si avea sub 200lb greutate. Omul a zis ca el nu are mare merit ci mai degraba tatal lui Clay. A mai marturisit ca el a fost chiar sceptic pentru o buna perioada ca Mathews va ajunge mare jucator, si nu a inteles de ce Clay a insistat sa riste si sa mearga la USC desi nu avea nici o garantie ca va juca.

    I-au dat drumul pt ca nu vroiau sa plateasca $10.5 mil. peste cateva zile.
    Era de asteptat. Nu prea joaca bine in 3-4 fata de cum juca in 4-3 cand a primit contractul.

    Mie mi s-a parut ca a jucat mai bine anul asta fata de ultimii ani in 43 cand a dezamagit. Si oricum din cate se pare o sa semneze un nou contract pe 5 ani zilele astea. Sa vedem cum scapa de Barnett acum, ma indoiesc ca vor primi ceva pe el cand s-o finaliza CBAul.
