<p><strong>Der Berkheimer Sandro Cortese hat seinen ersten Podestplatz in der Motorrad-WM verpasst. </strong>Der Aprilia-Pilot stürzte beim Grand Prix von Malaysia in Sepang in der 125-cccm-Klasse in der Spitzengruppe fahrend bei einem Überholvorgang in der letzten Runde. Den Sieg und damit die beste Ausgangsposition im Kampf um die Weltmeisterschaft beim letzten Rennen in zwei Wochen in Valencia sicherte sich der Ungar Gabor Talmacsi auf Aprilia vor Tomoyoshi Koyama aus Japan auf KTM und Hector Faubel aus Spanien auf Aprilia.
