<p><strong>Der Bund Deutscher Radfahrer (BDR) hat wie angekündigt seine Nominierungs-Kriterien für eine Olympia-Teilnahme verschärft.</strong> ,,Ohne eine DNA-Probe keine Olympia-Teilnahme", erklärte Verbands-Präsident Rudolf Scharping am Rand des deutschen Klassikers ,,Rund um den Henninger Turm". Das betrifft auch die in ausländischen Teams tätigen deutschen Rad-Profis wie beispielsweise Andreas Klöden oder Matthias Kessler von Astana. Das Gen-Material der Kader-Athleten werde in der Uni-Klinik Freiburg gelagert, erklärte BDR-Sport-Direktor Burkhard Bremer. Scharping: ,,Doping verfolgt uns seit Juli 2006 wie eine Seuche.
