Fußball: Löw startet Elite-Förderung für DFB-Elf

<p><strong>Bundestrainer Joachim Löw will die deutsche Fußball-Nationalmannschaft mit einer speziellen Eliteförderung für die EM 2008 und die WM 2010 stark machen.</strong> ?Wir werden einen Kreis von15 bis 20 jungen Spielern noch intensiver beobachten, spezieller sichten und begleiten?, kündigte Löw an. Das Konzept wird er am Donnerstag bei einer Tagung des neue Kompetenzteams des deutschen Fußballs in Frankfurt vorstellen. Für die nächsten Länderspiele gegen Georgien und in der Slowakei geht Löw vom Comeback von Per Mertesacker und Manuel Friedrich aus.
