David Duchovny a confirmat ca va incepe filmarile pentru un nou lungmetraj X-Files alaturi de Gillian Anderson.
Actorul, care a jucat rolul agentului Fox Mulder in celebrul serial X-Files, a dezvaluit ca scenaristul Frank Spotnitz si creatorul serialului, Chris Carter, lucreaza intens la scenariul pentru lungmetrajul X-Files 2.
Vestea vine dupa cateva spatamani de speculatii in care zvonul unui nou film X-Files a facut valuri la Hollywood in mare parte datorita faptului ca Gillian Anderson s-a certat cu David la finalul serialului cu extraterestri.
Q: Is the storyline you talked about last year still the same? It won�t involve aliens or a science fiction element and have more of a horror element?
David Duchovny: Not a horror film when compared to today�s standards like Saw and Hostel but more of a supernatural thriller.
Q: Who is all returning for the film?
DD: The story will revolve around Gillian�s character, Dana Scully, and my character, Fox Mulder.
Q: Are they going to address the time issue, the space between each film? Are they still in the FBI?
DD: There is no script completed, they are still developing the entire story.
Q: Could you give us an update on the X-Files movie?
DD: We'll do another movie or two, we'll continue to do movies if the next one does well.
Q: Is there a script already written?
DD: There is a board, as we say, a story.
Q: Do you think Robert Patrick will be back?
DD: No, no, it's just going to be the core [characters].
