<p><strong>Europas neuer Fußball-Boss Michel Platini (Foto) will den Kampf gegen Doping intensivieren.</strong> Der Präsident der Europäischen Fußball-Union (Uefa) hat dafür eine Anti-Doping-Einheit gegründet, einen Anti-Doping-Expertenausschuss ins Leben gerufen und ein Erziehungsprogramm für die ganze europäische Fußballgemeinde eingeführt. ,,Doping ist Betrug, und Betrüger haben im Sport keinen Platz", erklärte der Kapitän der französischen Europameister-Elf von 1984.
