Am deschis acest thread pentru ca Yuzuru Hanyu asa cum este el acum, se prefigureaza a fi un mare campion. Sper ca predictia mea sa se implineasca.

.... si in plus este al doilea patinator japonez pe care il consider foarte expresiv, ceea ce ma face sa-mi schimb parerea despre modul de exprimare a japonezilor.

Eu sper sa sara aceste combinatii in competitii si sa intre in istorie. A trecut cam mult timp de cand nu s-au mai sarit combinatii noi de cvadrupla.
Fara indoiala calca serios pe urmele lui Plushy si ale lui Johnny, asa cum isi doreste. :great::cheer:

Un film despre Yuzuru si cum se antreneaza el in Canada cu Brian Orser si Tracy Wilson. Tracy a fost patinatoare de dans, cuplul Wilson/McCall a castigat doua sau trei medalii de bronz la Mondiale prin anii '80 - cred ca in a doua jumatate.

Se pare ca Federatia japoneza l-a trimis pe Yuzuru la cine trebuie, baiatul a luat aproape 90 de puncte la componente la Japanese Nationals, iar nota lui de la SS este 9.14. Pazea, Chan.;)

Ma intreb de ce Brian si Tracy nu au aceleasi rezultate si cu Fernandez pe care il pregatesc de mai mult timp decat pe Yuzuru.:confused:

Yuzuru Hanyu was skating when the devastating earthquake and tsunami struck northeast Japan. He was 16, and he felt the ice rumbling and the ground thrusting and his legs wobbling. He ran from the rink in his skates, with no time even to put on skate guards.
There was only panic that day in March 2011, no imagining that in three years, Hanyu would become an Olympic champion (even after falling on a nervous night). No time for conceiving that he could become the first male figure skater from Japan to win a gold medal. No musing that he might share an Olympic podium, as he did Friday with the silver medalist Patrick Chan of Canada and the bronze medalist Denis Ten of Kazakhstan.

Hanyu’s hometown, Sendai, was near the epicenter of the earthquake. Pipes ruptured beneath his local rink, and the ice melted. The rink remained closed for several months. The walls cracked at his family’s home. He and his parents and his sister were left without electricity or drinking water. They spent three days in an emergency shelter in a gymnasium.
The tremors ceased, but Hanyu kept reliving the earthquake. He relied on visualizing his jumps as a training technique, but now all he saw in his mind was disaster. He had feared that he might die at 16, buried under a collapsed rink. Fatalism crept in.

“Everything exists just by luck,” Hanyu, 19, wrote two years ago in his autobiography, “Blue Flames.”

The disaster, he wrote, “totally changed my values.”

Eventually, resignation gave way to purpose.

“More than anything else, I want to make every day count now,” Hanyu wrote.

Yuzuru Hanyu a suferit o intervenție chirurgicală pentru o problemă a vezicii urinare si va fi spitalizat timp de două săptămâni. De asemenea trebuie sa stea inafara ghetii timp de 1 luna, a anuntat astazi Federatia Japoneza. El nu a participat la Gala campionatului national programata pentru luni si a plecat la Tokio.
