El Rally Cantabria ha comenzado hoy con 52 equipos y dos especiales condicionadas por la lluvia, ambas con salida en San Roque de Riomiera, la primera con llegada en Selaya (31,8 km) y la segunda con meta en Villacarriedo (28 km), ésta de conducción nocturna.
