Jorge Valdano, director general del Real Madrid se ha mostrado muy satisfecho tras la goleada (6-2) del Real Madrid ante el Villarreal. EL argentinio reconoce que el partido era muy importante tras la derrota y la mala imagen ofrecida por el equipo en Lyon en Champions League: "Estoy muy satisfecho por el entrenador y por el equipo. Hemos hecho un gran partido y hemos sabido jugar dos partidos, el que ha habido al inicio con mucha elaboración en el centro del campo y el que se ha producido después cuando el Villarreal se ha abierto. Hemos marcado seis goles que podían haber sido más. Me voy totalmente satisfecho, lleno de fútbol".
