"La ITF no aprueba sedes al aire libre para la finales de Copa Davis que se disputen en Europa y el hemisferio norte. Por esa razón, la ITF no aprobará la sede de Tenerife y el Estadio de Atletismo Ciudad de Málaga", dice Paul Smith en su carta según la RFET.
