Albert Soler, director general de Deportes, confirmó que Espa?a ya tiene un real decreto que desarrolle la nueva ley antidopaje, que reafirmará a Espa?a como, y según sus palabras, "líder de la lucha antidopaje en Europa, si no en el mundo".
