Los últimos cinco ex presidentes de la Real Sociedad, Miguel Fuentes, María de la Pe?a, Juan Larzabal, I?aki Badiola y el actual mandatario de la Liga de Fútbol Profesional, Jose Luis Astiazarán, están siendo investigados por la Fiscalía de Guipúzcoa por un presunto fraude fiscal en la tributación del IVA.
