El titular del Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 1 de Palma, Víctor Fernández, autorizará el próximo martes la venta del Mallorca al empresario británico Paul Davidson después de que hoy finalizara el plazo para presentar alegaciones contra esa operación, que se cerrará por 38 millones de euros.
