<p>Pakistan's chief selector Salahuddin Ahmed resigns after a change was made to the squad selected for a four-nation Twenty20 tournament in Toronto this month. Ahmed said selectors had included off-spinner Saeed Ajmal in the squad but he was replaced by uncapped opener Shoaib Khan.</p>
