La Unión Ciclista Internacional (UCI) ha informado de que ha aprobado la participación del estadounidense Lance Armstrong en la próxima edición del Tour Down Under, primera cita del UCI ProTour, y que se disputará en Australia entre el 20 y el 25 de enero.
