Steve McClaren couldn't wipe the smile off his face after winning his first match as England coach. In three days, he'd seemingly turned a lackluster England side into a vibrant, attacking unit that beat reigning European champion Greece 4-0. "We made the right decisions at the right times," McClaren said after Wednesday's match at Old Trafford.
