<p>Double amputee Oscar Pistorius fails with his second attempt to reach the Olympics 400 meters qualification time at Rome's Golden Gala. The 21-year-old, who had both legs amputated below the knee as a baby, only manages 46.62 to finish seventh in the 400 metres B race. The qualifying time is 45.55.</p>
