Switzerland striker Alexander Frei will miss the rest of the European Championship with a torn left knee ligament. Team doctor Cuno Wetzel said Sunday that Frei would be out for about six weeks. The team's captain and all-time leading scorer was injured Saturday in the opening match of the tournament after he was fouled from behind.
