<p>Blackpool head to Latvia for third summer in a row as part of their preparations for the 2008/09 campaign. The Seasiders are set to take on Skonto Riga on July 15 and are hoping to play another match, possibly on July 13. Their chairman, Valery Belokon, is from Latvia.</p>
