<p><strong>Trotz des Abzugs von 44 Punkten im italienischen Fußball-Skandal darf der AC Mailand noch auf die Teilnahme am UEFA-Cup hoffen. </strong>Die bereinigte Tabelle führt Milan mit 44 Punkten immer noch auf dem achten Platz der Serie A. Da der FC Empoli (Platz 6) keine UEFA-Cup-Lizenz besitzt, könnten die ?Rossoneri? durch die Hintertür zu einem internationalen Startplatz kommen. ?Die Frage der Lizenz ist noch nicht abschließend geklärt?, lautete am Sonntag die Stellungnahme auf der Mailänder Homepage.
