<p><strong>Die Disziplinarkommission des Fußball-Weltverbandes Fifa hat ein Verfahren gegen Marco Materazzi (Foto) eingeleitet. </strong>Es wurde aufgrund der ersten Aussagen des französischen Nationalspielers Zinedine Zidane eröffnet. Der hatte im WM-Endspiel gegen Italien nach einem Kopfstoß gegen Materazzi die Rote Karte gesehen. Zidane hatte in einem Interview erklärt, seine Aktion sei eine Reaktion auf wiederholte Beleidigungen und Provokation des Italieners gewesen.</p><div style="margin: 5px 0 5px 0; font: 10px arial; color: #999; clear: both;">
