<p><strong>Amelie Mauresmo hat zum ersten Mal die All England Championships in Wimbledon gewonnen.</strong> Die Australian-Open-Siegerin aus Frankreich besiegte in London die Belgierin Justine Henin-Hardenne, die sie schon im Finale von Melbourne bezwungen hatte, in 2:02 Stunden mit 2:6, 6:3, 6:4.
