La Unión de Federaciones Deportivas Catalanas (UFEC) presentó un proyecto a la secretaría general del deporte de la Generalitat para que ésta preparase un decreto ley, entre cuyos puntos se ampliaba a seis a?os el último mandato del presidente de un club o federación.
