Triple Olympic medallist Matt Welsh smashes his own Commonwealth record racing to the 100m backstroke at the Australian Short Course Championships in 50.71s. The win, Welsh's ninth consecutive 100m backstroke title, eclipses his 50.95s record from 2002.
