The high-octane world of Formula One could be coming to India for the first time with a grand prix penciled in for New Delhi in 2009. Suresh Kalmadi, the president of the Indian Olympic Association (IOA), who will promote the event, says a 'provisional' deal has been struck with commercial supremo Bernie Ecclestone.
